Occasionally, you will need to delete some of the wifi-marketing data you have collected. While Gazella has a few safeguards to make sure we have the cleanest data possible, occasionally we will find duplicates from users logging in with multiple devices or a mischievous user who inputs “bad” data.
How to delete Individual Wifi-Marketing Data?
1.) Navigate to “Edit Location” > Access Log”
2.) Select each individual records you would like to delete.
3.) Click Delete and confirm deletion.
Note: Deleting access log data will immediately be reflected on your dashboard data - keeping your dashboard up-to-date and as accurate as possible. Deleted data can not be retrieved once deleted.
